An Enhanced Customer Experience Is Here IMAGEN Brands™ products now fully integrated into the Koozie Group® portfolio
Time to pop the champagne and get out the confetti! Our integration of IMAGEN Brands™ items into the Koozie Group® portfolio is complete.
IMAGEN Brands™ products are now visible on the Koozie Group® website. However, please continue to send orders for IMAGEN Brands™ products to orders@imagenbrands.com through March.
Our combined customer service team is now available Monday through Friday from 7:30a to 8:00p Eastern.
Orders for IMAGEN Brands™ products still open on March 1 will be re-entered into the Koozie Group® system between March 2 and 3. If this is one of your orders, you’ll receive an email notification from us. After we enter the order in the Koozie Group® system, you’ll receive an order confirmation and be able to manage your order using the Koozie Group Tracker™ from that point forward.
Please pay invoices for any IMAGEN Brands™ orders completed before March 1 via check sent to the lockbox address on the invoice. If you want to pay another way, contact the Accounts Receivable team at 888-446-5242 and choose option 5. Payments for orders placed after March 1 must be made via check or online using ACH or credit card (3% processing fee applies). We will no longer accept ACH or credit card payments for IMAGEN Brands™ orders over the phone or via email.
We’ll be turning off the IMAGEN Brands™ PromoStandards service in March. Then, you’ll only need to query Koozie Group® PromoStandards services, which will be the one-stop shop for the combined Koozie Group® and IMAGEN Brands™ portfolio of products! Get all the details here.
There are no changes to our industry portal numbers until March. After that, we will consolidate under the Koozie Group® numbers: ASI 40480 (US) 40481 (CAN) | PPAI 114187 | PPPC 560705 | SAGE 57550 | UPIC KOOZIEGP
We’re aligning the names of our imprint methods. For IMAGEN Brands™ products, that means the following most notable changes:
- Color Surge becomes Full Color
- Image Lock becomes Heat Transfer
- Screen becomes Screen Print
- Sublimation becomes Dye Sublimation
Standard imprint colors for screen print, pad print, and heat transfer will be the same for both Koozie Group® and IMAGEN Brands™ products. Use this quick reference to see what colors are going forward and to find a replacement for any legacy colors that are leaving.
