USBs—1-Year Warranty
Defective USBs will be refunded or replaced within 1 year from the date of shipment if such defect is not caused by customer. Defective USBs must be returned. A return authorization number shall be obtained from Koozie Group’s Claims and Resolution Department. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The warranty does not apply to data upload.
