Koozie Group and Garyline will be combining under the Koozie Group® name in January 2026, and the Garyline brand will continue to be offered through Koozie Group. Together, we will leverage each other’s strengths to deliver the impactful products and best-in-class service you expect.
What does this transition mean?
This integration will combine all aspects of the business under the Koozie Group name. Garyline will be a brand sold by Koozie Group with a single ordering process in place by January 2026.
What can I expect in December 2025?
Please keep sending Garyline orders to orders@garyline.com and using the Garyline customer service phone number until the end of the year.
Beginning December 20, the following temporary changes for Garyline products only will be in place. We expect to return to our standard service levels in early January and will keep you updated.
- Orders placed between December 20 and 30 for Garyline products, including those found on kooziegroup.com, will be held briefly, then entered into the Koozie Group system starting December 31. During this time, some of our emails may look a little different:
- You’ll receive an email letting you know that we’ve received your order.
- Once your order is officially entered, you’ll get an order confirmation from customerservice@kooziegroup.com.
- Any follow-up emails will also come from this address and will include a link to the Koozie Group Tracker™ so you can easily stay up to date on your order status. You can also find order details anytime by logging in at kooziegroup.com.
- Production times for Garyline products will be extended by two days.
- Rush service for Garyline products will be temporarily suspended.

Pricing will default to the Koozie Group structure, including discount codes. Any account with a Canadian billing address will be invoiced in CAD.

Garyline products will be live and configurable on the Koozie Group website, and garyline.com will redirect to kooziegroup.com.
PromoStandards
All Garyline items will be available within Koozie Group PromoStandards services, which offer the most accurate, real-time data for product configuration, pricing, inventory, and order status.

Sales Tax Exemption Certificates
Koozie Group is required to collect and remit sales tax for all U.S. states and Canadian provinces for shipped merchandise based on applicable state/provincial laws. New customers received an email if we didn't have a sales tax exemption certificate on file or if the certificate on file was inaccurate.
You can upload your sales tax exemption certificate(s) when logged in at kooziegroup.com or send them via email to salestax@kooziegroup.com.
